Group therapy sessions help people develop positive attitudes towards life’s most complex and challenging circumstances. Groups give you the opportunity to speak with and connect with others about a shared interest or common goal. Working in a group provides people a therapeutic dive into themselves as part of a new system and gives you the opportunity to observe what it happening within you, between us and around us.
